Who We Are

Manufactured Housing Outlet, Inc has been serving the housing needs of South Carolina residents continuously since 1983. Having been the leader of retail sales in the midlands with four sales centers in Sumter, selling thousands of homes to satisfied customers statewide, MHO, Inc., now has its permanent sales center in Orangeburg.

As an independent retailer, we have access to multiple award-winning manufacturers with hundreds of floor plans in a variety of price points. We have cut out part of the middle-man process, which means we can often offer you a lower price than our competitors can, making your new home purchase more affordable. At times, we offer used homes, which clients have traded in on a newer home, giving you even more cost-cutting benefits.

We also offer multiple ways to purchase, from cash to a wide array of financing options for almost every credit score.
